ANOTHER 20,000FT² LETTING CONCLUDED AT JUNCTION 28 OF THE M1 MOTORWAY

On behalf of clients, PMW Property, we are delighted to announce that Unit D, Salcombe Court in Alfreton has been let to Mert Investments Limited on a new 5 year lease term at the quoting rent.

“We are glad to have concluded this letting and pleased to have agreed competitive lease terms.  Our portfolio in the Alfreton area is almost back to full occupancy with another site currently under offer and due to complete shortly.”
