The shop will be located on the Cornhill, as part of phase two of the redevelopment, delivering 23,000 sq ft of retail space.

Darran Severn of FHP Property Consultants, said:

“This is the fourth store we have acquired for Doughnotts.  Lincoln has been a priority target and I’m pleased to have secured this site.  Location is key, and The Cornhill Quarter has many excellent brands.”

Wade Smith and Megan Scadden, founders of Doughnotts said:

“Lincoln is an incredible City with a massive history.  We are itching to open and add something new to Lincoln and be the first Doughnut company here.”

Lincolnshire Co-op was represented by Banks Long & Co and KLM Retail.

Tim Bradford, Managing Director at Banks Long & Co said:

“The Cornhill Quarter continues to secure an array of quality brands in line with our vision for a truly mixed use scheme.  We are having some good discussions with other quality retail and leisure brands and look forward to sharing more news on these as we move forward with the scheme.”
