As with previous years, 2015 has been a terrific success for Clowes Development’s Castlewood Business Park at Junction 28 of the M1, located adjoining the Motorway at its intersection with the A38.

Tim Gilbertson has dealt with all of the deals completed during the last 12 months and commented:

“I am delighted to attach to this note a retrospective of the year we have had at Castlewood which hopefully succinctly summarises the great success encountered. With deals completed to Alloga, Middlebrook Transport and Parker Knoll and with further deals in solicitor’s hands for new development in 2016, our anticipation is that the coming 12 months will be just as positive as the previous.

I attach a retrospective for the year which hopefully puts into context the success of this fantastic site where we still have over 40 acres of land left for industrial or warehouse development for purchase or lease on a design and build basis.

Now with 1.25 million sq ft built or under construction we hope that that figure will increase substantially during 2016!”
