FHP have been instructed as sole agents on three separate sites that MAP have acquired. Milnhay Industrial Park offers 32 newly refurbished industrial/warehouse units and hardstanding storage land.  We are pleased to announce that FHP has found the first tenant for this site who occupy 1,456ft².  In more recent news, we have placed another unit of 1,690ft² under offer to a regional occupier.

Following a successful initial marketing period at Milnhay Industrial Park, FHP were asked to market two units at Shirebrook Small Business Centre, Shirebrook, Nottinghamshire, NG20 8SP. Within two weeks of marketing the property, FHP placed both units under offer, demonstrating the demand for units under 1,000ft². More recently, MAP Property Investments instructed FHP onto their newly acquired scheme at Bridgefield Industrial Estate in Breaston. The small industrial sector sub-5,000ft² has remained popular despite the economic and political factors that are affecting the UK. FHP has seen a positive uptake of units within this sector. Over the past six months, the general market sentiment has been turbulent, but pleasingly, we have seen an increased number of enquiries coming through. This has led to significantly more viewings and therefore more properties being placed under offer. There is also a shortage of availability within close proximity to Junctions 25 and 26 of the M1 Motorway. This is because there is not much being built due to the lack of available land and the current build costs.

FHP Property Consultants were involved in several successful schemes across North Derbyshire last year and we are pleased to report that following this success we have a number of new opportunities across the industrial, office and retail sectors.

In 2024, the final phase at Wingfield View Business Park in Clay Cross completed providing 19 industrial/warehouse units totalling 60,000ft².  Due to the success, Roe Developments are now building out Egstow View Business Park, Clay Cross which will provide 13 trade counter/warehouse units between 1,500ft² and 15,000ft².  These will be available for occupation later this and three units are already under offer to well-known operators.
