I started working for FHP in the Nottingham office in June 2023, and am looking forward to becoming a part of this respected Commercial Property Leader. This new position is ideal for me because I have experience in property development, estate agency, and facilities management. I have renovated several residential properties in the last 12 years giving me vast building knowledge. Now that I've joined FHP, I’m excited to utilise my expertise and contribute to the success of the company as Facilities Manager.

The position encompasses all aspects of facilities management, including day-to-day site management, establishing and overseeing planned preventative maintenance schedules, overseeing repairs, as well as making sure that support services and inspection procedures are in place to give our tenants a safe working environment.

Along with communicating with tenants to make sure the service supplied fulfils their needs, I also conduct routine property inspections to make sure the sites maintained are working securely.

I enjoy most sports and I am heavily involved in my local community football club Priory Celtic FC based in Kimberley. I helped set up and coach a team for my daughter and I also play for the Priory Celtic Ladies team. I have a passion for travel and exploring different cultures and cuisines but I also enjoy camping and attending the UK’s various festivals held throughout the summer.
