Having worked within commercial property management since 2012, I have a wide breadth of knowledge and experience, particularly in the management of multi-let office buildings, retail and shopping centres. My current portfolio covers a variety of different types of commercial property with a diverse client base. Being a property manager involves regular problem solving, quick thinking and good communication. I work closely with our other property disciplines to ensure we provide the best possible service and strategic asset management advice for our clients.

My role is extremely varied and no two days are the same. General responsibilities involve:-

• Maintaining positive relationships with tenants and dealing with any requests, applications and disputes.
• Strategic advice to help add value where possible and get the best from the property.
• Management of service charge budgets and expenditure.
• Reviewing lease information.
• Advising on any breaches of lease.
• Credit control and reporting.
• Regular property inspections.

I have a young son who keeps me very busy and love spending time with my family and walking our toy poodle- chihuahua cross at weekends.  I also love to travel and rarely visit the same place twice. I always have a holiday or trip planned and really enjoy exploring new countries, cultures and food.
