The building took much longer than usual to sell, due to Corona Virus lockdowns, with 3 potential purchasers pulling out. Throughout this time, however, Chris Proctor remained totally positive with a substantial number of showings, so that he now knows the building better than anyone. He was also instrumental in keeping momentum going in the final weeks of the selling process when discussions became protracted. Thank you to FHP and to Chris Proctor in particular.
