How does it work?

We have a tenant who will take occupation of the property on a short-term basis.  This will trigger a holiday from paying business rates for up to 6 months. After this period our tenant vacates and you benefit from the savings made.

Our tenant can reoccupy your property and this process is repeated until the property is sold or let.

The tenant uses the property for what is known as proximity marketing. If you have not heard of this, it is a localised blue-tooth distribution of advertising content associated with a particular place.

This is extremely unintrusive, and would not disrupt any marketing, viewings or refurbishments that may be ongoing.  All the tenant needs is a power supply to plug a small box into which transmits the Wi-Fi signal.
